    I got this device because I stand for long periods- up to 10hrs per day and by the end of the day my ankles are very tired and my feet have minor swelling. I am a bigger girl this would easily fit a man or woman.
    But does it help? Yes- for me it has indeed helped alleviate some end of day swelling which in turn means I start my day better- I am using it at night, which is super easy with the cordless design. I wish I had two of them- one for each foot since both ankles are fatigued.
